How you might
have got here
"Did you ever feel, as though you had something inside you that was only waiting for you to give it a chance to come out? Some sort of extra power that you aren't using - you know, like all the water that goes down the falls instead of through the turbines?"

Aldous Huxley, Brave New World
-
You are no longer happy with the status quo and want to take some steps to change how you experience self, how you experience others and how you experience the world.

-
You have a sense, and perhaps have always had this sense, that something is missing, or even that a piece of you is missing.

-
You have followed a certain path and been successful, and yet this success hasn’t alleviated a pervasive sense of dissatisfaction.

-
This sense of dissatisfaction triggers parts of you that criticise you for feeling this way, in turn making you feel more dissatisfied and at times, deficient.

-
You are very good at shape shifting and adapting to other peoples needs and expectations but find it difficult to express your own.

-
This capacity to adapt and shift has allowed you to be successful, however this success feels increasingly hollow and inauthentic.

-
You feel interested in many different aspects of life but are unsure of how you can channel this curiosity into a way of being that feels more authentic.

-
You feel a lack of connection to something larger than yourself and often wonder whether ‘this’ is all there is.

-
You have worked with therapists and coaches in the past but found their focus either to anchored in the past or fixated on the future.

-
You constantly feel a need to perform, in order to meet the expectations of others (work, family, friends, partners), but don’t feel able to express your own needs.

-
You find it difficult to assert yourself and establish the necessary boundaries that will create the space you need to find your voice.

-
You have an inkling that there is something hidden which you have to offer, of real value, if only it had the opportunity to come forth.

These statements and questions are ones that I have also wrestled with and if they resonate with you, and my approach to working feels relevant, then the next step is to set up an introductory call.
It is important to note that I do not have the answers to the above issues. My role as a developmental coach and advocate is to guide you in finding your own answers to these questions, whilst supporting you during the inevitable ups and downs of this ongoing journey.
